Highest ROI
The site is basically invisible on Google right now — this is where the biggest win is.
Pick one domain (thisisfrankie.com or frankiesalons.com) and redirect the other to it
Fix the canonical tag so it points to the domain you keep
Add a sitemap
Add a robots.txt that points to the sitemap
Add business info in the code (name, Collingswood address, phone) so Google knows it's a local salon
Write a real page title and description (right now the title is just “FRANKIE SALONS”)
Use one clear headline on the homepage

Small lifts
Already excellent — it just ranks lower on the website than it does in the map listing.
Add service pages (color, extensions, spa) so the site ranks as well as the #1 map listing
Trim each page to one main headline (there are five on the homepage now)
Add review and service info to the code for richer Google results
